Cancellation policy

Standard cancellation policy:

• up to 24 hours before the day of arrival -> free of charge
• within 24 hours -> 100% of the price

Group cancellation policy: valid for group reservations of 5 rooms or more and reservations of 4 consecutive nights or more:

• up to 7 days before the day of arrival -> free of charge
• within 7 days -> 100% of the price

Exceptions to the standard- and group cancellation policy:

• up to 28 days before the day of arrival -> free of charge
• within 28 days -> 100% of the price

Example: Unfortunately you are unable to arrive and would like to cancel your reservation. If your arrival date is October 6th and the standard cancellation conditions apply to your booking, then you should cancel by October 4th 11:59 p.m. at the latest to be within the free cancellation period.
